Once you have received the Silk Swing equipment and confirmed the suitability of the structure for mounting, you are ready to install it. In this one hour video session, I will answer any questions that might come up before or during installation, and provide guidance for rigging and tying both the hammock and twin tails configurations according to your ceiling height, your weight, and your abilities. You will receive a recording of this zoom session. After your installation is complete, you can join me in exploring the recovery benefits of the Silk Swing Solution in Beginners Silk Swing One-on-One. Waiver and Release Required.
