Beginners Silk Swing One-on-One

Service Description

Your Silks Swings are now installed and ready to use. During this one hour video session, we will explore guided and intuitive approaches to engaging with the viscoelastic fabric. You will learn about safety, getting in and out, sitting, kneeling, standing, lying down and basic transitions. Show up dressed and ready to Swing. You will want to book the Beginners Silk Swing One-on-One session multiple times and join several Beginners Silk Swing Classes before moving on to Intermediate Level Silk Swings. Waiver, Release, and Permission required.
