Come watch Spider Woman weave a web of silk and try this luxurious, fun and self expressive practice. Wear your favorite Ninja, Super Hero, Alter Ego or Archetype. Designed to work with the bodies natural inclination to swing, bounce, writhe, roll, push, pull, grip and express to regulate and restore all systems and processes. Learn how to use the silks to develop feelings of power and realign your commission in this total somatosensory integration experience. Spaces are limited. Children are welcome. Conditions apply.
